We are looking for a receptionist / administrative assistant
Reporting to the executive assistant, the receptionist will have the following main responsibilities:
Your roles and responsibilities
- Welcome visitors;
- Answering phone calls;
- Receive, sort and distribute mail;
- Order office supplies
- Manage conference rooms;
- Produce, write and revise various documents;
- Importing invoices into our accounting system;
- Drafting of minutes;
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and archiving;
- Any other related tasks.
Your qualifications and skills
- You have a minimum of three years’ experience in construction administration and/or property management;
- You are perfectly bilingual (fr/en) both orally and in writing;
- You perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- You are independent and require little supervision;
- You are structured and have a good sense of priorities;
- You are proficient in the Office suite;
- Proficiency in Procore and Yardi is an asset.
