CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT — MULTI-RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

• Projects located in Saint-Urbain, Pointe-Claire and on Lévesque Boulevard West
• Immediate start
• Large-scale projects

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the delivery of major multi-residential projects. The successful candidate will play a central role in the day-to-day coordination of the work, adherence to the schedule, and maintenance of high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily work on the construction site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and the various trades.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, schedules and budgets.
• Anticipate site issues and quickly implement the required solutions.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship.
• Enforce health and safety standards.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and other professionals.
• Participate in site meetings and prepare the required follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a superintendent on multi-residential construction sites.
• Experience on medium- or large-scale projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods and applicable standards.
• Strong, motivating leadership and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and problem-solving ability.
• Valid ASP Construction card.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Fluency in French; functional English is considered an asset.
